Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new markets, revenue streams, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Onboard and maintain partnerships with referral partners, hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer retention programs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and monitor pricing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Business Development Executives (BDEs), set performance goals, and monitor KPIs.
  • Drive sales growth while ensuring timely receivables recovery.
  • Coordinate with operations and administrative teams to streamline patient onboarding and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, quality control, and confidentiality in all lab operations.
  • Oversee accurate reporting, timely resolution of customer concerns, and continuous process improvements.
  • Manage costs, optimize workflows, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management, suppliers, and vendors for smooth operations and client satisfaction.
