Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Yoso International is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to achieve the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth.
  • Create and execute action plans to capture new business and expand market share.
  • Identify and approach potential clients and business partners to establish new relationships.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
