  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the software industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with other sales and marketing tools is a plus.

Job Description

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute detailed business development plans aimed at achieving strategic objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans aimed at achieving specific revenue objectives and market expansion goals
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline by converting leads from various marketing channels into paying customers. Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture prospects.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly convey the value of software solutions and illustrate their benefits in addressing each client’s unique needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships that drive profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making. Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes to senior management.
