Job Description

Summit X Advertising Agency, a dynamic and innovative leader in the advertising industry, is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the advertising industry.


  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners to expand the agency's client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital departments, to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track pipeline activity, and report on progress to senior management.
  • Handling social media and compiling information via ChatGPT.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Salary: NPR 25,000 + Commission
