Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for theater management services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and align as well customize theater management service accordingly. 
  • Deliver sales targets and KPIs as defined. 
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the theater management system. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical experts, to design and present comprehensive system/services to clients. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the theater services offerings. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities 
  • Define and Implement growth plans with channel partners including continuous development and support of the managed resellers.
  • Lead and motivate team members
  • Day to day operational activities to make sure legally compliant, responsive to clients, operational efficiency, smooth office operation and team motivation. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training session to the clients and customers as per requirements 
  • Keep track of sales data and prepare sales and business development reports
