Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Development Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. He/she will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans 
  • Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives
  • Develop and organize branch business development activities
  • Having detail knowledge of marketing and business development (strategic and tactic)
  • Implementing an impactful demand generation activation strategy designed to diagnose and meet the community needs
  • Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations, stake holders in local level 
  • Visiting key stakeholders and referral points on regular basis to motivate and increase referral service numbers 
  • Building client awareness, product/ service uptake and building brand loyalty
  • Increase brand awareness through different means for the company
  • Prepare digital marketing plans locally and in co-ordination with the business development team of head office
  • Coordinate with head office on various strategies and plans
  • Connect and coordinate with cross branch for networking purposes
  • Must be reachable for emergency support whenever and wherever should it require

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train qualified candidates for relevant roles
  • Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the branch
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate
  • Supervise the work of sub ordinates providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
