As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the organisation in order to improve profitability and generate revenue. You will help plan our growth strategy, develop a strong reputation of quality and trust, and lead operations. 

Job Description 

  • Plan, develop and implement an overall business development strategy targeted toward improving revenue and profitability
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets 
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other partners
  • Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Create promotional strategy and activities in line with the changing trends in our sector 
  • Develop marketing and branding materials to grow strong brand recognition
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, along with developing an overall business and marketing strategy
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions through quarterly goals and forecasts

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management or a related discipline 
  • 2 years of previous experience in Sales/Marketing/Management 
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently and drive business growth
  • Two-wheeler owners and licence holders are encouraged to apply
