Job Description

  • Develop critical understanding of the Consumer need and Competition Landscape of the Bath, Kitchens & fitted Furniture Business 
  • Defining Channel and Commercial structure along with Central Marketing Team
  • Creating marketing plan, calendar, success measures and budget along with Central Marketing Team
  • Driving strategic objective to gain significant Market share in next 3 to 5 years time
  • Creating a comprehensive product offering at SKU level in line with identified consumer insights and market landscape
  • Mapping resources to set up warehouse and manage inventory
  • Preparing selection criteria to identify potential channel partners / distributors 
  • Setting up Demand Generation/Activation framework and BTL initiatives 
  • Setting up a Service team to deliver and install Bathroom Solutions and Full Modular Kitchen Solution to Consumer Living Space
  • Monitoring smooth procurement of Products and Spares and ensure Financial health of the Business is monitored. Drive the P&L Objective as part of Business Planning.
  • Regular review and monitoring mechanism for the team – Marketing, Sales, Collection, Procurement, Distribution, Services, After Sales Services, Finance
