Job Description

The Business Development Manager will liaise extensively with channel partners, channel education partners in-country as well as student applicants from time to time.

Business Development Manager is responsible for following specific tasks. 

  • Achieve revenue, student placement, agent recruitment and retention and other targets as set 
  • Engage and build relationships with the agreed targeted channel portfolio -  education agents, travel agents, schools and others to leverage and drive growth in GSP student enrolments
  • Maintain a solid opportunity pipeline 
  • Maintain current and complete knowledge of the operation of the GSP platform and processes and of our partnered institutions and their courses
  • Train agents on GSP platform and ongoing product knowledge
  • Provide advice to internal stakeholders regarding trends in your relevant Territory 
  • At all times maintain consistent, accurate and complete reporting records and data relating to channel, activity, pipeline and forecasts
  • Position GSP as a quality provider of positive compliance and ensure channel partners are adhering to ethical processes and providing quality compliant enrolment ready student applications 
  • Attendance, in and outside regular working hours, at events and functions representing GSP to students, schools, Education Agents and other potential channel partners and enrolment sources
