Job Description

Responsible for heading up business expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
Manage the client engagement cycle from prospecting, to proposal through to closing and contract signature, including the negotiation of complex contractual terms and conditions with new clients
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Develop customer presentations and participate in customer meetings
Consistently achieve targeted sales goals
Develop clear, specific, action-oriented account plans to develop large accounts
Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan
Performs market research and analysis
Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization
Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
Assists in planning of any event that highlights corporate services
Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain client feedback
Develops and maintains marketing/sales budget
Travel to customer sites and conferences
