Job Description

  • Identify, onboard & grow high-potential sellers 
  • Ensure the sellers are onboarded/verified within the service-level agreement
  • Lead seller onboarding & support team, and ensure team KPIs are met
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations, and ensure that the company is aware of and complies with any changes while onboarding sellers
  • Work with legal, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Collaborate with on-ground & incubation teams to understand seller training needs and design programs to meet seller’s needs
  • Generate and implement new ideas for smooth onboarding & growth of new sellers
  • Occasional support regional team on initiatives to improve the seller onboarding process
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and develop business requirement documents where improvement/changes are required in the existing process/system

Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Preferred) in any related streams
  • At least 2 years of work experience in related field
  • Excellent communication skills so as to communicate with internal teams and external parties
