Job Description

We are looking for a Dynamic Head -Business Development responsible to identify business growth strategies aligned with the company goal.

Responsibilities 

  • Research and analyze market trends, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Supervise team in providing excellent and outstanding services and support to the customers.
  • Monitor, Supervise, and Guide Sales and Marketing team
  • Implement the sales strategy to increase new customer
  • Ensure that the team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Establish marketing goals, prepare sales forecasts, and KPI reporting for the sales team
  • Be accountable for the performance of the entire team
  • Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Day to Day Coordination with the accounts department on billing and Payment and other operational activities.
  • Prepare analytical report and effective plans for the betterment of the sales department
  • Gather feedback from the clients for the analytics database and report.
  • Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports weekly and verbal presentations monthly to the BOD.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for the organization in order to improve profitability and generate revenue
  • Work with Digital and sales team to increase leads and plan for social media, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Encourage teams to come up with new initiatives for sales and new products or services
  • Identify, manage and coach local partners, including independent service vendors, merchant acquirers, SaaS providers, and marketing partners etc. to expand acceptance base and grow business volume
  • In charge of pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ, RFP, Term Sheet, MoU, preparing and delivering sales pitch and demonstration to customers, merchants and partners
  • Work with PR team to create and execute both 2B and 2C PR programs
