Job Description

Working as a key person for the business development of company and its regional offices.
Support as a major person for the establishment and development of FMCG industry.
Identification and development of targeted market & business associate.
Achieving sales target and ensuring brand exposure.
Conduct market research and recommendations for product development, market development, market penetration, risk minimization & competitors’ analysis.
Support procurement team for the identification & sourcing of products from farmers group/cooperative etc.
Conduct and participate in different marketing and promotional campaigns related to the company.
Cooperate with PPCP program for the establishment of local group/cooperative based FMCG industry.
Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
Maintain and nurture company’s SOP’s at all level.

Note:

Candidates with experience in agricultural product and service marketing shall be given preference.
Candidates must have own two-wheeler and its license.
