We believe we can be a game-changer in helping businesses establish their presence online as we have come up with a simple model of listing products and generating sales leads without the hassle of in-website transactions and the complete liberty of dealing with the leads offline.

We bring you the opportunity to do so. Then the Business Development Officer position at Vistaar may be what you’re looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • New vendors acquisition (Sales in B2B):
  • Market research, generate leads, prospecting through cold calls, setting up and attending sales calls and meetings, follow-up and CRM updates, direct communication with vendors(for the assigned accounts), building and retaining relationships with existing vendors and buyers.
  • Strategising and planning marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing and updating all (seller, buyer and events) marketing materials (in print and online)
  • General assistance and organisational support to the BD.
  • Primary market research and lead conversions.
  • Creating content and handling Social Media Channels.

Profile:

  • Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
  • Freshers with 6months to 1year work experience are highly encouraged
  • Passionate about closing deals under pressure and in a high pace environment (Experience sales, customer-facing role, B2B environment, E-Commerce is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to process a large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems. Capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • Currently a graduate with a degree in Business, Sales Management or similar.
  • Eager to learn about B2B e-commerce and business development.
