Cynical Technology is a cybersecurity company delivering services such as Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, compliance support, and security solutions to enterprises, fintech companies, stock brokers, and growing digital businesses. We operate in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong focus on execution, reliability, and measurable results.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. This is a performance-oriented role directly contributing to company expansion.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Confident in cold outreach, networking, and client meetings
Ability to understand and explain technical services to non-technical clients
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet monthly revenue goals
Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
Strong follow-up skills and a high level of accountability

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience in IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
