  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Application Generation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions and applications using the equipment.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, increasing the company’s customer base and market share.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical knowledge and expertise to clients regarding product functionalities, applications, and usage.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of laboratory equipment and provide training to customers.
  • Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing agreements tailored to client requirements.
