We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in science (BSc Science) and lab technology, coupled with strong business acumen. This role focuses on the promotion and sales of laboratory equipment, along with the development and generation of technical applications to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell laboratory equipment to various clients in research, healthcare, and academic sectors.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Application Generation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions and applications using the equipment.
Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, increasing the company’s customer base and market share.
Technical Support: Provide technical knowledge and expertise to clients regarding product functionalities, applications, and usage.
Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of laboratory equipment and provide training to customers.
Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing agreements tailored to client requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies for expanding the business.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc), with a focus on laboratory technologies or related fields.
Previous experience as a lab technician or a similar technical role is preferred.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or technical sales, preferably in laboratory equipment or related industries.
Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, its applications, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
