Job Description

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
  • Build relationships with clients and inform them about the company's products and services.
  • Data collection: Collect customer data to improve the user experience.
  • Sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer needs: Identify customer needs and make suggestions to meet them.
  • Communication: To interact with customers direct calls.
  • Documentation: Create reports and documentation based on conversations with.

Experience:

Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, specifically targeting the International market.

Skills Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Able to communicate with Canadian based client in Canada/neutral accent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Note: 

    • Working timing: Canadian shift: 7pm to 4 am NST. (Night Shift Only) with Pick up and drop facility from the company
