The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Gyan Career Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and related institutions. The role involves planning and organizing events and seminars to promote the company and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities for the company.
- Meet with prospective agents and establish partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents.
- Regularly visit related institutions to foster strong ties and promote Gyan Career Institute’s offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents and institutions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate events and seminars to promote the company’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the educational consultancy sector.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and future plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the educational consultancy sector.
- Strong network of contacts within the educational sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
