Job Description

We are seeking a passionate individual to work in the capacity of “Business Development”. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Training Spectrum.

Requirements:

Comfortable with selling training products and services over the telephone and client visits.
Travel to various places in Nepal for training needs assessment.
Identify training needs, evaluate training initiatives, and maintain training records.
Converting leads to business.
Develop proposals for training programs.
Send proposals for any training requirements and follow up in a timely manner.
Organize Training events.
Liaise with the marketing department to promote training products from various digital channels.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by the line manager.

Other Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Management.
2 years of selling experience.
Is highly motivated and has an interest in sales and marketing.
Go-getter and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
