1	Adherence to SRL's sales SOPs
2	Call Av & Coverage of Clients & Areas, Daily Reporting
3	Achievement of Monthly/Yearly sales target & Collection
4	Achievement of CC/DC plan
5	Minumum 2 Camps / awareness Programs in a Month
6	Increase percentage of prescribers
7	Service Orientation, 1 RTM Every Month
8	Coordination with internal teams
9	Customer satisfaction

Samples collection up to 6:30 PM in evening.
