Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving the success of pursuant products, services & brand promise in the marketplace.
- Need to explore the business from all the out of home avenues like corporates, housing societies, events, etc.
- Keep looking for the different modes of getting the business (daily meals, bulk orders , food trucks, gift cards) and win the customer’s mindshare the brand.
- Overall responsibility for all offline marketing activities in local market and collaboration with the online marketing team
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Make monthly meeting plans with B2B clients with proposals and offerings.
- Target sector wise clients such as Banks and Financial Insitutitions, Corporate Clients, etc.
- Create proposals and offerings based on each sectors requirement
- Develop strategic brand and tactical partnerships with external brands to raise brand awareness.
- Develop and supervise promotional activities & marketing collaterals
- Strategizing and guiding the team towards getting maximum revenue by ensuring proper planning and right coordination with all the stakeholders involved.
- A problem solving and go getter attitude for getting the things done in a truly customer first approach.
- Create successful marketing opportunities and implement them.
- Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Should be an Bachelors/MBA with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales/relationship, team management.
- Extremely confident, give an eye to the detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.
Duty Time: 8 Hrs (11-7)
Salary Range: 22,000 - 30,000 (Based on experience)
