Job Description

Accounts:

  • Reconciliation with customer/vendor accounts
  • Invoice generation services

Inventory Related:

  • Tracking of inventory losses and control
  • Stock reconciliation - physical inventory on a monthly basis and reconcile with books and update to reporting manager

Social Media:

  • Social Media Management through the agency
  • Provide Agency with relevant details in said report format
  • Collect info about all products and maintain images along with product details in an excel
  • Brochure, images and videos for all products to be maintained
  • Customer order handling along with broadcasting to customers for new products

Social Media:

  • Handling and updating of Point of Sale system with upload of sale, purchase, expenses and daily cash book
  • Reconciliation of bank and cash related transactions
  • Order collection from customers for the placing indent with vendors
