Job Description

The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Director Assistant. This key role involves providing strategic support to the Director, driving business expansion, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, and effectively promoting the company's real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director/Owner with day-to-day business activities and operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure high-quality service.
  • Coordinate meetings, handle follow-ups, and manage schedules.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in property-related dealings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized records.
  • Support operational tasks and act as a liaison between the director and other teams.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication both internally and externally.

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in any company.
  • Must own a motorbike with a valid driving license.
  • Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client-handling.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of multitasking.
  • Comfortable reporting directly to the Director/Owner.
