Job Description

The Business Development Director will report to the CEO and is responsible for owning and developing all business development activities and positioning Good Brick System in Nepal. Specifically, the role is to focus on sales propositions focusing on Good Brick System to buyers in Nepal, including Government, other agencies, bodies, or organizations.

Essential Duties (But not limited to):

  • Achieving given targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business potentials.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads and build networks.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients for site visits, product demos and presentations.
  • Negotiate, close deals and Contract signing with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Developing quotation and proposals for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Management graduate with 7-10 years of full-fledged business development role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
  • Strong understanding of the brick / construction industry and market trends.
  • Prior working experience with Brick / Construction industry is preferable
  • Candidate having construction industry clientele base would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, convincing, persuasion, negotiation skills are desirable.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, should possess own two wheelers.
