Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development and Customer Care Trainee to support our efforts in expanding market reach and ensuring excellent client service. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer support within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Business Development

  • Actively involve in CRM procedure  of the organization
  • Involve in communication with prospects
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them through the sales process.
  • Update social media pages
  • Manage and organize product demo for the customers
  • Answer customer queries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs or concerns.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being offered. 
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records as required, and provide reports to management as needed

B. Customer Care 

  • Identifying & troubleshooting problems.
  • Problem Solving and escalation through different media which includes phone, chat box and other media.
  • Provide training to client as and when required.
  • Solving the client’s problems by knowing the exact issue of the clients.
  • Providing Technical Support to the clients in a quick way.
  • Suggestions for the client in need as the nature of need and work.
  • Perform duties as per departmental requirements.
