  • A recognised Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • Excellent public speaking skills, presentation skills and writing skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing campaign, and lead generation.
  • Should have experience in building networks and relationships with potential clients.
  • Digitally and technically savvy and comfortable with all social media platforms and aware of digital tools to assist in placing content.
  • Previous experience of working in international and local education sector.
  • Experience of working in an overseas education agency is highly desirable. 
  • Ability to work and collaborate with international team across different time zones.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, take leadership roles and contribute to innovative ideas when and where necessary

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enable our growth plans.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads through the  sales pipeline, including but not limited to email marketing, webinars, events, digital and traditional advertising, prospecting calls, etc.
  • Research the current overseas education market trend and maintain up-to-date knowledge on customers trends and competitors’ activity
  • Establish relationships with industry stakeholders, local colleges, clubs, etc.Keep the management informed about activities and actively report on results
  • Contribute to the creative process and support the development of content,collateral and sales support materials.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and motivate the team members when required
  • Achieve specified targets on time as agreed
  • Other tasks as assigned
