We are expanding our presence in the outskirts of Kathmandu and Lalitpur and are looking for dynamic individuals to help us build market connections, conduct local research, and drive product sales.

Position: 2 (Field Marketing Executives)
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reporting To: Sales And Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to identify existing competitors and market dynamics in assigned zones.
  • Collect data on pricing, packaging, distribution, and customer preferences.
  • Identify gaps and areas where our products can add value.
  • Approach and onboard new retailers, vendors, and small institutions (e.g., schools, hotels).
  • Promote our product quality, distribution reliability, and pricing benefits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and submit detailed weekly reports on field activity.
  • Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.
  • Monitor and report on competitor promotional activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with vendors and maintain professional brand representation.

Other Details:

  • Mandatory weekly reporting through digital formats (Google Sheets or Forms).
  • Monthly performance review with potential for promotion or salary increment.
  • Official ID and field materials (intro letter, visiting cards) will be provided.
