Position: 2 (Field Marketing Executives)
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reporting To: Sales And Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify existing competitors and market dynamics in assigned zones.
Collect data on pricing, packaging, distribution, and customer preferences.
Identify gaps and areas where our products can add value.
Approach and onboard new retailers, vendors, and small institutions (e.g., schools, hotels).
Promote our product quality, distribution reliability, and pricing benefits.
Maintain proper documentation and submit detailed weekly reports on field activity.
Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.
Monitor and report on competitor promotional activities.
Build long-term relationships with vendors and maintain professional brand representation.
