Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Business Development Associate will be responsible to identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients, and to take necessary decisions and actions for effective and quality service delivery to the clients.

Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners or potential clients
Actively follow-up on potential clients for any partnerships
Take feedback from all clients in regular intervals and incorporate the feedback received to enhance the service delivery system
Maintain and regularly update the client database
Handle all client queries, both Household and Institutional, in co-operation with the Relationship Manager and Communications Associate
Identify any loopholes that might exist in the existing operations and work to address them in close coordination with the Operations team, and actively initiate programs that would contribute to the organization's scope of work
Schedule and conduct awareness workshops and site visits/campaigns
Take leadership in initiating conversations with potential events for partnerships and coordinating the organization's involvement in the event
Help regularly in content development for reports, newsletter, blog, website and other related areas
Conduct comprehensive research on various areas relevant to business scope development
