Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients for business requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present comprehensive system/services to clients.
  • Define and Implement growth plans with channel partners including continuous development and support of the managed resellers.
  • Day to day operational activities to make sure legally compliant, responsive to clients, operational efficiency, smooth office operation and team motivation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training session to the clients and customers as per requirements
  • Keep track of sales data and prepare sales and business development reports

Other Specification:

  • Driving License with own vehicle (Bike/Scooter/Car - any)
  • Ready to make market visit
  • Proven successful sales experience in a service industry for 1-2 years
  • Proficiency in CRM
  • Good technical knowledge and familiarity with operations management principles and adequate exposure to the use of computer applications
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Eager to learn and can-do, will-do attitude
  • Active listening and the capacity to resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Dynamic personality with great communication skills to address client needs proactively
  • Willing to provide off-hours support if required.
  • Basic Understanding of IT industry related to Servers, IP addresses, Hardware and networking devices etc
