Job Description

Key Duties:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market presence to inform business development plans.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to build contacts and promote company services.

3. Marketing and Promotional Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and other initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

4. Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the company's social media accounts including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Facebook, TiK Tok and other social media platform.
  • Use social media for brand promotion, engagement, and direct interaction with clients and partners.

5. Sales Support and Strategy Implementation:

  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring they meet client expectations and needs.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads through outbound marketing efforts and social media interactions.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience handling corporate social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
