Job Description

Reports to: Senior Management Team

A Business Development Associate will identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage sales & promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets. They will work closely with the senior management team to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and customers 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the senior management team to develop marketing materials and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Prepare and present business and marketing proposals to senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on business operations, sales trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
