Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports to: Senior Management Team

A Business Development Associate will identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage sales & promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets. They will work closely with the senior management team to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and research potential new business opportunities, including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and customers
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with the senior management team to develop marketing materials and promotional activities
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies
Develop and maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports to ensure sales targets are achieved
Prepare and present business and marketing proposals to senior management and stakeholders
Monitor and report on business operations, sales trends, competitor activity and customer feedback

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in management or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management and/or marketing field
Independent worker with the ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and a good understanding of market principles
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels
Creativity in designing promotional strategies
Good knowledge of Canva or any other designing tools
Private Vehicle (preferred)

Probation period: 3 months
