Job Description

  • Problems/Issues Tracking and monitoring on help desk, Jira 
  • Collect feedback from Banks and request banks to rate the service 
  • Inter department coordination mostly with developers, deployment, Database team, support Team and others if required
  • Maintain a database of work flow from issue reporting to product delivery 
  • Initiate periodic meetings as per requirement
  • Operational and Administrative works and other works assigned 
  • Handle phone calls, answer emails and follow up on assigned tasks in coordination with other departments
