Job Description

Lahmeyer International GmbH, an international consulting company, invites applications from qualified and capable Nepalese candidates for the following position at its Nepal Branch Office in Kathmandu.

Key Responsibilities:

Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and engaging with suitable national and international partners.
Manage the complete proposal cycle, assess EOIs and RFPs, including formatting, compilation, and submission of compliant technical and financial proposals.
Coordinate with partner firms to prepare and finalize required documents in line with EOI/RFP requirements.
Update and manage CRM/database system with leads, contacts, and project opportunities.
Participate in and organize business development meetings with partners.
Maintain organized and updated database of expert CVs, partner firms, project references, and legal documentation.
Lead the preparation, formatting, and customization of firm’s references and CVs to align with project-specific requirements.
Support ongoing marketing and communication efforts, including preparation of newsletters and coordination with the IT team for website updates.
