Qualification & Experiences :

The Candidate shall hold at least a Master's degree in (electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering) from a leading university and the Person having completed an MBA should be given priority, have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, and must have experience of at least 2 years in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Solar Energy.

Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced graduated Engineers to support our Business Development team. The candidate will perform a variety of roles to support solar projects.

Responsibilities of Business Development

    - Develop Strategies for sales to achieve the required target by conducting various activities
    - Supervision of Sales and Marketing activities:
    - Sales and Marketing Activities Include:

  • Conduct meetings with the person for the development of Solar Projects.
  •  Introducing solar products to the client for marketing of business.
  • Preparing marketing materials and distributing them to the prospected clients.
  • Maintaining Client Relationships from the initial point of the project till the end of the project.
  • Prepare and submission of the tender document along with the preparation of the costing of the project.
  • Generate and verify Sales and Turnover every quarter.
  • Preparation of Sales proposals, Quotations, and negotiations with clients related to the Solar Grid-tied, Solar Backup, and Solar Pumping Systems.
  • Generate Leads for uplifting the Sales turnover of the organization.

Relationship Development

  • Retaining the previous client and search and develop new prospective clients 
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with clients.
  • Partnering with governmental, non-governmental, NGOs, and INGOS for the

Payment Collection:

Follow up on the completion of the project with the operation team and connect with the clients for the release of the payment.

  • Team progress report
  • Update client list
  • Payment collection Update
  • Proposal as well as completion report preparing
