Requirements: 

• Knowledge and experience in regular and digital marketing is an advantage 
• Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
• Proficient at relevant software and documentation
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing is an advantage 

Responsibilities: 

• Market analysis and analyze/ map (current/future) state of business
• Development of innovative strategies for market growth and inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
• Identify and manage risk and provide input to in the management process
• Evaluation of the implications of changes in the business
• Lead the team in the absence of the senior management team 
• Coordination with suppliers and vendors  
• Close coordination with the marketing team 
• Keeping track of sales and regular reporting 
• Work as an ambassador of the company
