We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded professional to join our team as Business and Marketing Development. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our market presence across various sectors. You will work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase revenue streams.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development and marketing activities.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand business networks.
Uphold company values and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales roles within multinational environments.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
