Job Description

Gather requirements and define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the client based on industry best practices
Implement solution design by working closely with both the client and technical team
Act as the liaison between the client and the system implementation team in troubleshooting product/system issues as they apply to the client's business
Providing both product/system knowledge and insight on the client's business processes and solution design as and when required
Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert resource to the team
Helping to develop and improve the internal processes as a whole and contributing to achieve organizational objectives
