Job Description

Write business interpretation to fit for development writings through epic, stories in agile platform
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Work with project managers, technical lead to develop and implement product feature easier to use and provide appropriate feedbacks for reconstruction
Prepare use case, flow chart, state, process flow diagram to better visualize the product
Study product samples and work closely with product designer and facilitate and support to provide better user design experiences
Write and organize supporting document for products
Review and understand the product architecture to write and prepare technical and use case documents
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and business stakeholders and amend existing the document accordingly
Assisting with the business case with planning and monitoring throughout the iterations
Translating and simplifying requirements, mapping BRD to technical writing and stories
Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
Initiate regular meetings and discussion with project manager, technical members and business stakeholders
