Position Overview: Business Analyst

Garima Capital Limited is looking few enthusiastic and motivated Business Analysts to join the Business Development Department, working under the guidance of seasoned professionals. This role is tailored for individuals eager to step into the corporate world and learn the fundamentals of business growth, capital markets, and client engagement. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound client communications, focusing on lead generation, promoting our Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and supportingthe  client onboarding process.

This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to our broader business growth strategy. This role requires strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of capital markets, a strategic approach to sales, and close collaboration with the business development team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain Garima Capital& products and services (e.g., Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Depository Participant (DP), Mutual Funds, and Underwriting services).
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain proper logs of all interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Schedule meetings or direct leads to the appropriate sales or business team.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, surveys, and feedback collection.
  • Assist in converting leads into active clients through follow-up calls.
  • Provide product-related information and support regarding account opening or other services.
  • Maintain call quality and adhere to scripts and compliance standards.
  • Contact prospective clients on the basis of leads generated through various communication platforms such as Phone Calls, email, SMS, Facebook, etc.
  • Pitch Company’s PMS products and services to various prospective individual and corporate clients (s) by visiting their premises or offices on a case-by-case basis.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings for prospective clients with the relationship manager and marketing team as per the requirement.
  • Carry out the entire enrollment process of new PMS Clients from greeting the customer, visiting their premises if required, getting the legal documents signed to the posting of initial details in the WEALTH Software.
  • Liaise with all the branches of Garima Bikas Bank Limited, other BFIs, and corporate houses to enquire about the status of PMS business and if there is any problem regarding the status of PMS, handle courier and other documentation requirements, and facilitate with them accordingly.
  • E-mail/contact to respective branches of Garima Bikas Bank Limited regarding various offers launched by the Company and other matters related to them.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education:

  • Intermediate 10+2 or equivalent.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of capital market products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
  • Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented.
