About the Role :

At Alaya, we’re looking for a Business Analyst -1-year contractual role (with the possibility of extension} to drive operational efficiency and strategic improvements. You’ll analyze business processes, identify challenges, and develop data-driven solutions. Acting as a bridge between teams, you’ll lead projects, optimize workflows, and support key business decisions. Your insights will fuel decision-making, streamline operations, and contribute to Alaya’s success. If you thrive on problem-solving and innovation, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Business Strategy & Analysis: Identify business challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project & Change Management: Lead projects from inception to execution, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data to identify trends and support informed decision-making through reports and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments, acting as the key link between business requirements and solutions.
• Process Improvement: Research market trends and competitor insights to refine business strategies and ensure Alaya stays ahead.

Work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM including a 1-hour lunch break
