About the Role:

Dogma Group is looking to recruit a highly driven and motivated Business Analyst whose responsibilities would be the following:

Responsibilities:

• Work with the clients to gather, understand, and define CRM business requirements.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the client design and development of process and systems solutions.
• Designing and customizing related business applications according to the requirements (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Salesforce)
• Collaborate with developers to verify that solutions will meet the business requirements and will be the primary point of contact between the lead functional consultant and the development team.
• To be able to deliver engaging application training.
• Working closely with project managers to manage project updates, risks, and issues.
• Supporting user acceptance tests
• Supporting end-user and admin training
• Supporting the go-live period
• Post-live support

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years supporting in a complex business environment.
• Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up new initiatives and technologies.
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM & BC, Salesforce or PowerApps will be a plus point.
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to face clients
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
