Job Description:

Nex Digital Studio is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. This role is crucial for continuously improving our business strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, needs, and solutions.
Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Conduct risk analysis and support decision-making processes.
Monitor and report on project progress to ensure objectives are being met.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
