About the job

Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Job Description

Develop the requirements in the projects and then break it down into small tasks.
Deliver the tasks to all the parties involved.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Attain requirements meeting and come prepared with questions, confusions.
Work with others to deliver the task on time.
Documenting the change.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science, Engineering, Administrations or Related field.
2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
Excellent communicator and Team player.
Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and creating user requirements is a plus.
Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus.
Scrum, Agile Methodology, Business Analyst certification preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
