Roles and responsibilities of this job

Liaising with internal departments, prepare Excel Sheet/ Report.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Take meeting notes, create correspondence and prioritize meetings.
Formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years
