Digital Nepal, a leading IT company specializing in ERP software for school and college management, is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, develop business opportunities, and implement effective marketing strategies to expand our client base. The role requires exceptional presentation skills, proficiency in tools like Canva, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the educational sector (schools and colleges).
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education industry.
Prepared and delivered customized ERP software presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop and negotiate proposals, close deals, and onboard new clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipelines, and market feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Digital Nepal’s ERP solutions.
Design professional marketing materials and presentations using tools like Canva.
Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and events targeting educational institutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to address client queries and provide demonstrations.
Manage marketing efforts, including social media, and email campaigns.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required

Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing and sales materials.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems or software solutions is a plus.
The result-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, and Canvas and familiarity with MIS systems (Optional).
