Job Description

Requirements

Master degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Having more than 15 Years Experience in Building Construction Project
Knowledge of Construction Contract Claims & Arbitration
Knowledge of Construction related laws by laws
Experience & Knowledge of FIDIC
Presentation skills and/or ability to prepare Power Point type presentation materials on construction progress
Sound knowledge of Agreements drafting, Letter drafting (English & Nepali) & proper handling of Emails.
Strong Computer skills and ability to utilize word processing and database applications including MS Office (Preferably MS Word & Excel) & Auto Cad Drawing
Good communication, prioritization and organization skills
Ability to prepare work schedule (preferably in MS Project or Primavera), monthly reports and monthly bills
Ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
Strong communication, prioritization and organization skills
Ability to work as a high performing and multi disciplinary team under tight deadlines and time tables
Language(s): Fluent in English and Nepali with Excellent written and oral communication skills is desirable
