Job Description

  • Ability to do data entry into CRM and lender portals via Apply Online and Loan App.
  • Carry out pricing, and valuations, generate property reports, suburb reports and Equifax reports.
  • Package the application, prepare the compliance and submission folder with required documents and lender forms for the submission of home loan applications. 
  • Make regular follow up with the clients once the credit proposals and lender forms have been sent.
  • Lodging new applications with the lenders and following through to approval and settlement. 
  • Make regular follow up with lenders and provide regular update to the clients on the status of their home loan applications. 
  • Regular communications with clients keeping them updated with the progress via email. 
  • Ability to handle missing information requests from the lenders and action accordingly.
  • Prepare discharges, FHLDS forms, first home buyer forms, deposit bonds, etc., depending on applications.
  • Check for new offset/transaction account details, direct debit set up and shortfall/surplus funds to ensure smooth settlement.
  • Booking and organising settlements with the clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Do re-pricing for the clients when rate rises for the lenders post settlement.
  • Capable of raising BDM escalations as and when needed.
  • Ensuring all settled files are compliant.
  • Keeping application tracker within the CRM updated along with the excel sheets for the file updates. 
  • Preferably someone who has a better understanding of credit, loan servicing, reading payslips, funding position and product comparison.

Other Specification:

  • Good knowledge on Australian lender policies and mortgage industry. 
  • Excellent knowledge in using Sales Trekker, FLEX, and Apply Online to enter the loan and clients details. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Candidates with a sound credit knowledge and skills is a plus point. 
  • General assistant duties.
