Job Description

About the role  

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, driven and hardworking team member to assist in all aspects of our customers home loan journey. You must be driven,  punctual, a team player and someone with a keen eye for attention to detail. If you are looking for the next step in your career and have a passion for helping customers achieve their dreams then this could be the role for you. You will be working from our  Nepal office to provide genuine quality support and assistance to our clients,  lenders, and brokers in Australia reporting to our Nepal Office Operation Manger.  

Key responsibilities will include:  

  • Handling all inbound & outbound calls  
  • Collecting, compiling, checking & quality assuring client information & files 
  • Working closely with the broker to retain existing client  
  • Undertaking post settlement maintenance tasks  
  • Follow up any customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Processing & managing loan applications from Checklist to Approval
  • Maintain and update online system including CRM system  
  • Liaising and updating clients throughout the loan process  
  • Ensuring all loan submissions are compliant with lender policies
  • Administering loan application from formal approval to settlement
  • Following up on the status of applications with lenders 
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, accountants and appropriate third parties to  ensure timely & smooth settlements  
  • Assisting client to sign lender loan agreements  
  • Handle construction loan and assist clients with progress payments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as per business requirement
