- Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness & hygiene standards.
- Availability of raw materials and additives for the shift, Collection, delivery of samples, report analysis, verification & ensure results are within the standards. Minimize deviation in flavour standard.
- Ensure compliance of Health & Safety measures as per the company health & safety policy.
- Have an efficient liaison with other units of the Brewery.
- Carryout filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure.
- Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer
- Coordinate preventive maintenance work and ensuring regular maintenance works of machinery and equipment in brew house and beer processing units in consultation with Engineering Division.
- Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement.
